My Best Friend, Juls and Family

This is my suedo-family. From left, John and Andrea, their grandson Caden and my suedo sister, Julie. Julie and I have been best friends since 1992. It took us a few year but we figured out that we can go a whole three days around each other before getting into a major fight. She has only punched me in the face once, but it was an accident (or so she said ...).

We both went to the same high school in New Jersey and ran with the same crowd at different times. We did not like each other then. I guess it was a jealousy thing and we never got to know each other. But then we both found ourselves in the same strange high school in the center of Las Vegas with not a friend in the world. It was the perfect opportunity for a fateful friendship to grow. I do believe we were sisters in past lives. There is a bond deeper than can be described.
